We are a small company and chemistry is very important. We have tried to create an "ownership company" – where all involved have a stake in not only the outcome of each project, but also how each project reinforces our clients' goals and Bear Code's client relationships.

Being a small company, all Bear Coders have diverse skill-sets that are utilized more than at larger companies where responsibilities are compartmentalized. We believe in responsibility, but not limitations on career or personal growth. We try to support our Bear Coders in all aspects of their growth. We believe that individuals who are personally satisfied are much more productive.
